Minecraft Bedrock Keeps Freezing

Does anyone know how to fix this weve looked this up and there is hardly anything on this topic.

Minecraft bedrock keeps freezing. Water is exposed to the sky above. World keeps freezing and sometimes wont load. Hello so I like to play minecraft and record videos but when I load onto a world in minecraft bedrock to record a video and then exit the tab to start my recording software and reopen minecraft it should reload like it usualy does but instead it just freezes at the menu idk.
